MD multistage pump is characterized by its rational structure, high efficiency, nice NPSH, low vibration, stable operation, long service time and so on. It is applied to transport medium mineral water containing solid particlesl.5% (the granule is less than 0.5mm) and some other liquids similar to it. It is perfect equipment
for mineral drainage and some other high pressure water supply. It can also be applied in petrol, chemical engineering, metallurgy, water supply and drainage for factory and city.
MD multistage pump is sectional multistage centrifugal pump, which is mainly made up of three parts: fixed part, rotor part and supporting part.
The fixed part is made up of inlet end cover, inlet section, middle section, outlet section, inlet deflector, guide vane, pump cover, etc. It is tightened and fixed up with tightening bolt. Its joint surface is sealed with O rubber ring. Soft packing is used for the shaft seal at both ends and sealing water is applied for the water seal so as to keep air from entering the pump and large quantities of water from leaking outside.
The rotor part is made up of first-stage impeller, middle impeller, final-stage impeller, shaft, shaft sleeve, balance plate an so on.
The supporting part is made up of bearing pedestal. The two bearing pedestal are at the two sides of the pump to support the rotor part. It is of split structure. It is necessary to disassemble other parts while disassembling the bearing. There is roller bearing and sleeve bearing for our customers' reference for the bearing parts as requested. The pump is driven by the motor through coupling.
The pump inlet is horizontal, and the outlet is vertically up wards. The pump rotates clockwise
from the direction of coupling.
