1. Selection of bearing type: Bearing type is usually selected by user's technicians according to the service conditions and load of supporting products. Business personnel mainly know whether the actual load of users is in line with the selected bearings. If the bearings fail to meet the requirements of use, customers should be advised to change the model as soon as possible, but unless special products in the selection of models generally will not have any problems.
2. Choice of bearing clearance: Users usually only tell what type and grade they want to buy bearings, and seldom ask for bearing clearance. Businessmen must know the operating conditions of bearings, in which bearing speed, temperature and matching tolerance are directly related to the choice of bearing clearance. Generally, CM clearance is used in most motors with speeds below 3500 rpm. For high temperature and high speed motors, relatively large clearance is required. After assembly, bearing clearance will be reduced due to the expansion of the inner hole and the reduction of the outer circle. The reduction of clearance is equal to the interference *60%(except that the bearing chamber is aluminium). For example, the clearance before assembly is 0.01mm, and the interference is 0.01mm, while the clearance after assembly is 0.004mm. In theory, the noise and life of bearings reach the best state when there is no clearance, but in actual operation, considering the temperature rise and other issues, the clearance of bearings after assembly is 0.002mm-0.004mm better.
3. Selection of bearing seal type: Bearing lubrication can be divided into oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Oil-lubricated bearings are generally selected in the form of bearings, Grease-Lubricated bearings generally choose dust-proof cover or rubber seals. Dust-proof cover is suitable for high temperature or good use environment. There are two kinds of seals, contact seal and non-contact seal. Contact seal has good dust-proof performance but large starting moment, non-contact seal has small starting moment, but its sealing performance is not as good as contact seal.
4. Oil selection: Oil selection is generally based on bearing speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements and starting torque and other aspects of the selection, requiring business personnel to have a good understanding of the performance of various oils.
